At Aptus Design LLC, Building Information Modeling is at the core of all our design work. We use the latest 3D CAD software from Autodesk, Intergraph, and Trimble. Using data driven software, we are able to produce accurate 3D models with built in spec and scope.

The 3D Building Information Model is used throughout the entire design process. Conceptual design, clash detection, pipe stress, engineering data, BOM, construction documentation, and presentation drawings are all extracted from the model.  It allows for easy visual communication with our clients and all parties involved.

The ability to make changes and update the design in real time gives our clients peace of mind that, no matter what situation arises, a solution is always within reach. This is a cost effective way to overcome the unexpected obstacles that may be encountered during the project design phase.
